Alex Leprêtre and Jacob Allen, who have had some great runs on the road and cross country this year, were the first two finishers in the England Championship 10k at Telford, on 11th December.
The times of the first 3 finishers were; first Alex Leprêtre 28:53; second Jacob Allen 28:56; third Conor Bradley of Liverpool 28:59. Allen, who is a PE-teacher, has been selected to run for England in the 10K Valencia on 15th January, and 5k at Armagh on 9th February.
