Alex Lepetre, who ran 2:15.01 for a Highgate Harriers club record this year and, then went to Loughborough and raced a 5000 on June 10th in a personal best time of 14:06.54, did his second fastest 5000 in his life so far, with 14:11.60 on the 6th of June. It was in the highest standard race 9 at Hercules Wimbledon's Festival 5000's in Wimbledon Park stadium on Saturday the,6th of August. He was placed 6th of the 19 finishers in that time of 14:11,60. Two other notable fast times in the day by Highgate Harries were by Rob Wilson (14:44.99) & Charlie Haywood (14:50.8). Lewis Greaves did a time of 15:43.39 and Andrew Chau did a time of 15:58.10. Two Highgate Harriers women did good times Rebecca Johnson ran a personal best time of 15:46.71 and Hannah Viner ran a time of 16;33.91.
Yasmin Goater did a time of 17:46.3 in the Tracksmith's London (CT) Twilight 5000's meeting . It was on on the 27th of July. In that two good times were done by Highgate men Harry Allen who ran 15:15.03 and Ben Harries did a PB of 16:22.6. Mattia Berenadi. who ran a PB of 16:39.5 & William Gasson (17:08.6). The latter two are coached by Andrea Spaccatrosi.
