Alex Lepretre, running in the Copenhagen Half Marathon on September 18th, finished 34th in the large and important international event. He ran the fastest time on record by a Highgate Harrier, 63:28, over the half marathon. Back in March he broke the Paddock Wood Half Marathon record with a time of 64:39. Alex, who has a love for cross-country now has the season to look forward to, after his obvious great talent on the road.

Alex Bampton, of Highgate Harriers, came second in the Longworth 10k in 34:36 when 131 finished the hard course. That race was on the same date as Lepretre's fine run.
