Seyed Taha Ghafari came 49th in 31:34 in the senior men's European Cross Country in Piemonte, Italy on 11th December. He was the seventh runner from a British club in the result. Ghafari ran all his fastest track times under the Highgate Harriers banner in 2021.
Lauren Russell continued her good form by being placed 3rd in the Southern Inter Counties Cross Country. James Johnson ran 2:35:16 in the Valencia Marathon on 4th December, short of his best ever time of 2:33:25.
