His coach Paul Austidge then said “ It is very difficult at 14 , as you can see, he still is quite young so, there are lots of changes to come. From a work ethic I have just nominated him for a Jack Petchey award for his ethic and the way that he commits to his work in training, He is a lovely lad”
In second place was Evan Grime who has run an 800 in 1:54.08, He is coached by celebrated coach and runnedr Ian Grime, now in his 50’s Grime ran 1.49//13:37 800/3000 as a young runner. The First 3 at PHF over the 5k were Joseph Canes 13:42; 2 Evan Grime 13:54 and 3 Archie Lane 13:55.
