He now has the advantage of being advised by Greg Richards, an ex-Olympian athlete, who is a very good coach. Remy did four individual Personal Best marks within the event, 51.5/400; 4:53.86/1500;15.46/110 hurdles.1.80/High Jump; & 3.40/Pole Vault. At the same meeting Gabrielle Johnson had an impressive heptathlon score of 3977. On the 27th of April at the University of Birmingham Track and Field series, in race 8, Sam Amdor (U20) improved his best 800m time from 1:59.98 of last year to 1:59.25.
