On the 23rd of November at Hillingdon House Farm, Highgate Harriers had all their 12 scorers in the first 53 places out of 407 seniors that finished, in the 3rd Metropolitan League of 5. Like last year they were led home by Highgate's Alex Lepretre,27:7.55;  who made light work of clearing the brook on each lap. Next came Tom Butler of Shaftesbury Barnet. The rest of the outstanding 12 Highgate men, all running well, 3 Pete Chambers 27:7.55 4 Sam Jinks 27:34.11 and 5 Harry Allen.27:47.74, 9 Robel Bahelbi; 10; Alex Jackson, 17 Sean Renfer; 26 Charlie Haywood, 37 Tom Burns; 47 Danny Brewer; 50 Ben Noad, 53 Alfie Devin Wright .
Ajuna Pflug was the first 15 year old boy for the third consecutive time.
Hannah Viner, who won the previous Met league was still in good form coming 2nd to Herts Phoenix runner Annebel Gumow who liked the course to win again in 30:15.8 with Hannnah on 31:01.2
52nd of 169 was Highgate's Louise Faherty (W45).
