Seyd Taha Ghafari ran the fast time time of 29:43 to come 12th in the Ribble Valley 10k road race, on the 29th of December. Two other Highgate runners did well, Alex Jackson was 47th in 31.50 for the 10k and Matt Geiger was 84th out of over 700 plus runners in 33:26.
