Wormwood Scrubs was the venue; Wednesday, the 5th of February, was the date.
Arjuna Pflug came in 2nd place in the Intermediate Boys race, which was fantastic considering he was coming back from injury and illness.
Sonny Allen won her race in the Intermediate age group (Years 10 & 11). Not only did she beat every other Intermediate age runner, but she also outperformed all the girls running in the Seniors race (Years 12 & 13). The two groups (Intermediate and Seniors) ran the races together. Sonny will represent London in the National English Schools Championships in Ardingly on 15th March.
There were other Highgate Harriers running, including Aaron, Zane, Wenbo, and Leonie, among others, but I do not know how they performed.
